I am a self taught Nature Photographer living in Illinois and I love to hike the local forest preserves and parks taking photos of the amazing discoveries I make each trip. Some of my favorite places to visit are: Cantigny Gardens, Wheaton IL, the Morton Arboretum, Lisle IL, St James Farm Forest Preserve, Warrenville, IL the Dupage County Prairie Path Trails, Danada Equestrian Center, Wheaton, IL . I also visit Kiawah Island,SC regularly to capture shorebirds, wildlife and beach scenes not available to me in the Midwest. I enjoy birding and searching for butterflies and insects.

Our interaction with nature is important in sustaining this planet. I embrace the work done by local forest preserves to preserve the prairies, trees and wildlife in our area and all the organizations that protect our planet.
